Stacey grew up in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1992. She started in real estate in 1994 and by 1999 had launched her own real estate company quickly becoming the #2 office in the Chippewa Falls area. In the fall of 2002 Stacey met Scott McKinney and a year later sold her company to move to Cable, a place she has quickly grown to love.

Stacey has earned several noteworthy designations in real estate including: GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Specialist), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), and the rare CRB (Certified Residential Broker).
 
Stacey's commitment to real estate is only surpassed by her commitment to her family. Stacey is the mother of three.  Her endless energy and determination allows Stacey the ability to balance a busy career and family life.  

Stacey has served as the President (2018-2019), VP and Treasurer and a board member of the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin and has just finishing serving her third term on the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association board in 2024.  Within this board Stacey serves on the Strategic Advocacy Group, Public Policy, Legal Action Committee, Nominating Committee and Strat Planning Committee.  In early 2023, Stacey was endorsed from WRA for a position at the National Association REALTORS® as a Federal Political Coordinator.  Stacey will volunteer her time to be the go-to resource to a Wisconsin Senator on real estate issues and particularly their impact on Wisconsin homeowners.

Stacey enjoys riding Dressage with her favorite horse, Ophelia, reading, running paddleboarding and gardening.
